It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Scott Mroczek of Brazil, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Mroczek and Mary Mroczek (Harmon); and his sons, Sean Mroczek and Jason Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Mroczek; his son Derek Mroczek (Krista) of Ft. Benning; his grandchildren, Trenton, Colten Mroczek, Byron, Haileigh Layne and Morgan Johnson; his cousins, Chris and Mark Gomez; and his close friend Matt Krider. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
