He was predeceased by: his father Jimmie Hyatt; his son Devin Hyatt; and his stepfather Bill Sneddon. He is survived by: his mother Mary Hyatt (Love) of Center Point; his children, Damon of Brazil, Dylan of Brazil and Jinna Hyatt of Brazil; his siblings, Melanie Walker (Bob) of Carmel, Susan Hyatt Dumon (Dave) of Tucson, Arizona and Thomas Hyatt (Brandy) of Martinsville; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
