He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Norman Fugate and Norma Pauline Fugate; his sister Debbie Nevins (Mike); and his half-brother Walter Joe Fugate. He is survived by: his brother Raymond Fugate (Lisa); his children, Brandon Fugate (Cassidy), Ethan Fugate (Keashawna) and Bryawna McKinney (William); his granddaughter Allyson Cormican; and his children, Penelope, Lucifer Fugate, Braylee and Baylyn McKinney. He is also survived by many family members, friends.
