He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wayne Parker and Marilyn Sue Martin Parker; and his wife Anita Ann Beeler. He is survived by: his son Keith E. Parker (Michelle) of Terre Haute; his grandson Avean I. Parker of Terre Haute, Indiana; his brothers, Brad W. Parker of Marshall and Martin W. Parker of Champaign; and his stepson Christopher Schepper of Brazil.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that those wanting to show their love for Rick make a donation to the American Cancer Society or the Clay County Humane Society.
