He is survived by: his wife Tina Lovett; his children, Jeannie Marie Lovett, Steven Lovett Jr. (Kathy), Dennis Lovett (Michelle), Bryan Lovett (Crystal) and John Lovett; his grandson Brian Erwin (Jenn); his siblings, Debra Dove (Tim), Dennis Lovett and Bryan Lovett (Tim Dean); and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and soon to be 15 great grandchildren.
