He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Carter (Rob) and Jennifer Cook (Shaun); his grandchildren, Kade Carter, Calen Cook (Daisy), Chloe Cook and Ellie Carter (Hunter Slack); and his sisters, Cheryle Phillips (John) and Debbi Escott (Tracy).
