She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Siples and Bertha Siples; her husband Jack Whittington; her brother Delbert Siples; her sister-in-law Phyllis Siples; her great-niece Brandee Siples; and her great-nephew Chase Morris.
She is survived by: her brother Darrell Siples (Bonnie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
