He was predeceased by: his sons, William Jr. and Robert. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Risner (Don) of Brazil, Dan Archer (Janet) of Clinton and Chris Archer (Peggy) of Germantown, Ohio. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
