He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Bell and Catherine Bell; his siblings, Ray Bell, Jr., Herman Bell and Mary Jane Timberman; and his stepson Paul Rossok.
He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marty" Bell; his children, Aaron Bell and Bambi Meier (David); his stepchildren, Connie Linhart (Dennis) and Ron Rossok (Linda); his grandsons, Cody Meier, Chad Meier and Brett Bell; and his siblings, Mildred Dierdorf, Ned Bell and Warren Bell (Sandy).
Memorial contributions may be made in Bill's honor to the Clay County Humane Society.
