He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roger and Helen Worm (DeMeyer). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his daughters, Amanda Rink (Thomas) of Bremen, IN and Kimberly Worm of Bremen, IN; his granddaughter Charlotte Rink; and his siblings, Debra Reinhold (Scott) of Mill Creek, IN, Denise Pfeiffer (Rick) of Lakeville, IN, Donna McQuinn (Wes) of Niles, OH and Devon Worm (Debra) of Lakeville, IN.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Dennis Worm may be donated to the St. Joseph County 4-H Scholarship trust, 5117 Ironwood Road, South Bend, IN 46614.
