He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Huff and Lelah Huff (Hostetler); and his brothers, Ward and Alan Huff. He is survived by: his children, Susan Amacher (Rich), Bob Huff (Reg), Lois Sheley (Bill) and Jane Huff (John Hogan); his wife Anita Eckert; his grandchildren, Heidi Sturm (Ryan), Greg Amacher (Courtney), Laura Rudd (Ned), Amy Garretson (Alan), Todd Huff (Jenn), Chad Huff (Meghan), Troy Huff (Michelle), Jessica Kruger (Ron) and Anneleis Linderud; his great grandchildren, Brody, Coby and Tate Sturm; and his grandchildren, Anna Kate, Drew Amacher, Blake, Camri, Alexis, Landon, Gavin, Clay Garretson, Asher Rudd, Henry Huff, Myla, Lacy Huff and Julia Huff.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bremen United Methodist Church (302 W Plymouth St, Bremen, IN 46506). A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Bremen Cemetery (505 E 2nd St, Bremen, IN 46506).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Bremen Holy Walk, PO Box 72, Bremen, IN 46506, or Bremen United Methodist Church.
