He is survived by: his wife Elaine Jennings; his children, Franklin Decker (Leslie Gokey), James Decker (Karen Frey), Kirsten Sargent, Jerri Brown (Pat) and Rick Ostermeier; his siblings, Robert Decker (Melva), Jerry Decker, Sharon Bradford (Ferris) and Everett Decker; and his grandchildren, Michael Ostermeier, Allix Ostermeier, Austin Decker, Liam Decker, Liam James Cavazos, Alexis Bradshaw, Madison Bradshaw, Caleb Brown, Anna Brown and Eddie Payne.
