He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Ervin (Swank) of Bremen; his wife Darlene Hirstein; his children, Holli Shively (Steve) of Bremen and Corey Ervin of Camby, IN; his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Ashton, Mikayla Shively, Alexia and McKinley Ervin; his brother Joe Ervin (Cheryl) of Bremen; and his sister-in-law Becky Ervin of Bremen.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions to be made to Pet Refuge, Inc., 4226 S. Burnett Dr., South Bend, IN 46614.
