He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Cox and Deloris Cox (Sauer); his former wife Barbara Cox; his son Brent Cox; his sister Shirley Hoover; and his grandsons, William Sandoval and Joshua Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Cox of Bremen; his children, Tami Copenhaver (Greg) of Mishawaka, Peni Lippert (Lawrence) of Bloomington, IN, Dale Denham (Maggie) of Mishawaka, Gary Cox (Jeremiah) of Mishawaka, Doug Neal (Kerrie) of Downer's Grove, IL and Jerry Neal of South Bend; and his sister Helen Moser (Carl) of Bremen. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the family to help with funeral expenses.
