He is survived by: his children, Karin Blad of Redlands, California, Susan Noe' of Myakka City, Florida, Carolyn Donathen (Brian) of North Liberty, Indiana and Allen Blad (Tracey) of Dallas, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Hannah Blad, Erik Blad (Leah), Garrett Blad (Luiz Vilaça), Tiffany Beckham, Rylan Donathen (Madissen) and Carlee Spencer (Dave); his great grandchildren, Logan, Stella, Lucy, Aspen, Ivee, Jacob, Lathen, Landen, Liam, Baker, Lainey and Kacie; and his siblings, Ruby Olson (Harold), Doris Ross and Kenneth Blad (Jean).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St.Jude Children's Research Hospital.
