She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Hartman and Gladys Hartman; her husband Richard Oakley; and her sisters, Janet Lambka and Nancy Schweinler.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Scott (Leanna) of Idaho Falls, ID, Monica Waples (Alan) of Hendersonville, TN, Ronald Scott (Trish) of Morgan Hill, CA, Melanie Capo (Phil) of Bremen and Cyndy Keeling (Roger) of Bremen; and her grandchildren, Katie Zellner (Jeff), Amanda Moore (Jon), Caleb Scott, Alanah DeLong (CJ), Hannah Holloway (Devin), Chaunte Betzler (Drew), Jesse Scott, Robert Oakley (Erin), Ryan Capo (Ali), Greg Peppers, Amanda Keeling, Kelly Keeling, Savannah Peppers and Emily Peppers. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 19 beloved nieces and nephews.
