He was predeceased by: his father Cecil O. Spencer. He is survived by: his mother Wilma Spencer (Reynolds); his son Michael Hummel; his siblings, Debra Gail Spencer, Shelly Spencer and Cecil Spencer (Ruth); and his pet Bella.
