He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Leeper and Juanita Leeper (Potter); his siblings, Joann Schwartz, Merle Leeper and Sue Snyder; and his stepmother Gerrie Leeper.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sandy Anderson (Phil) of Bremen, IN. and Gail Teghtmeyer of Bremen, IN.; his children, Aron Leeper (Kimberly), Rodney Leeper of Marshville, NC and Shana Leeper (Shannon) of Three Rivers, MI.; his stepsons, Tim Heckaman of Mishawaka, IN and Troy Heckaman (Rhonda); and his former wife Sally Smith (Farrer). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
