He was predeceased by: his father John Hakey; and his sisters, April Trosclair and Cristy Blair. He is survived by: his mother Mary Mccave (Jeff Abshire); his wife Debbi Method; his children, Destinee Leamon (Nathan), Skyler Moore, Ava, Kayson Smith and Jackson Smith; his brothers, Chad Smith (Becky), Matt McCave and Scott McCave (Jeanne); and his brother-in-law Chris Trosclair (Heather).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the D. O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home (1320 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
