It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Harris of Bringhurst, Indiana, who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Harris and Sciney Harris (Henley); her former spouse Huil Harrison; her husband John Hayes; and her siblings, Richard Harris, Edna Marcum, Luvenia Hornsby and Sylvia Roson.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Harris and Wayne Harris (Patty); and her siblings, James Harris (Susan), John Harris (Jan) and Geraldine Macham. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Day & Genda Funeral Home ~ Reinke Chapel (103 N Center St, Flora, IN 46929). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Day & Genda Funeral Home~reinke Chapel (105 N Center St, Flora, IN 46929).
