She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Swihart and Ellen Swihart; her husband Gary Wayne Caviness; her sister Nancy Swihart; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Beck and Rick Westerman.
She is survived by: her sisters, Linda Swihart, Sally Miller of Syracuse, IN. and Susan Wilson (Larry) of Indianapolis, IN.; and her caregiver Lisa Hosler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
