Deborah Kaye Detwiler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Deborah Kaye Detwiler of Bristol, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2025 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deborah Kaye Detwiler to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hansen and Mary Lou Hansen (Johnson); and her siblings, Mike Hansen, Cheryl Swegan and Rebecca Cupery (Becky).
She is survived by: her husband Steve Detwiler; her brothers, Ray Hansen, Jeff Hansen and Brian Hansen; and her children, Djoko (Crystal), Naomi (Trent), Josiah, Adam (Angie), Corey, Valerie (Bill) and Tim (Jamie). She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calvary Hill Baptist Church (27664 Co Rd 24, Elkhart, IN 46517). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Pastor Tim Wesco will render the service and memorial contributions may be given to Goshen Hospice.
