He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Southworth and Irene Southworth (Stewart); and his sister Gayol Bowlby. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his daughters, Karen Gary (Steve) of Indianapolis, IN, Kristine Martin (Bradley) of Bristol, IN and Carolyn Fillingsness (Trevor) of Fishers, IN; his grandchildren, Madelyn Gary, Jacquelyn Hubbard (Jason), Andrew Martin (Paige), Kathryn "Katie" Fillingsness (Bryan Kirkpatrick), Leanne Anthony (Michael) and Justin Fillingsness (Chelsey); and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Juliet Hubbard, Elise, Terra Fillingsness and Hallie MartIn.
