He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore M. Jacka and Virginia Faucett Jacka; his stepfather Harris A. Neil; and his stepbrothers, Michael, Harris and Robert Neil.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his son Theodore; his stepdaughter Deanna Waterloo of Punta Gorda, FL.; his grandsons, Joshua (McKenzey) of Fort Worth Texas, Nicholas (Lindsay) of Omaha, Nathaniel of Dallas, Justin Waterloo and Eric Waterloo of Punta Gorda; his great grandchildren, Olivia and John; his brothers, William M. Jacka (Virginia) of Vestavia Hills and Paul R. Jacka (Ann Rita) of Alabaster, Alabama.; and his stepsister Mary Haas (Tom) of Haslet Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
