It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann E. Miller of Bristol, Indiana, who passed away on February 14, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Joann had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Joann may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thompson and Helen J. Thompson (Lintz); her husband Junior; and her sons, Jerrold B. "Jerry" Miller and Harvey J. "Jim" Miller.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey A. Miller (Julie A. Deschaine) of Elkhart; and her caregivers, Joyce and Nancy Miller. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
