He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Binkley and Beatrice Binkley (Heberling). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Treece; his sons, Mike Binkley of Goshen and Roger Binkley (Melissa) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Jaylin Binkley and Myka Hollar; and his siblings, Eva Treece (Franklin) of Elkhart, Robert Binkley (Cindy) of Bristol and Marvin Binkley (Carol) of Goshen.

Memorials may be given to Riley's Children's Hospital.
