He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lyons and Iva Lyons (Harbaville); and his siblings, Russell, Darvel Lyons, Gladys James, Margaret Betz and Edith Neyenhaus.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes Tretter; his sons, Paul Lyons (Jaclyn) of Burlington, KY and John Lyons (Amy) of Tell City; and his brother Lawrence Lyons (Rovilla) of Charlestown, IN. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Becher Funeral Home, Inc. (625 Main St, Ferdinand, IN 47532). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ferdinand Catholic Church (341 E 10th St, Ferdinand, IN 47532).
