She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Martin and Daisy Martin (Harrison); her husband Wilbur Applegate, Jr.; her grandson Phoenix Applegate-Donaldson; and her siblings, John Martin, Rachel Walker and Elesia Parra.

She is survived by: her children, Daisy Applegate-Donaldson (Patrick) of Bristow and John Applegate (Brittany) of Bristow; and her sisters, Floretta Baird (Dennis) and Barbara Alvey.

Memorial Contributions may be made to United Pentecostal Church, Bristow.
