She was predeceased by: her husband Pio Villegas; her parents, Robert Stout and Edith Arlene Stout; and her siblings, Norma Stout, Kenny Stout and Rex Stout.

She is survived by: her children, Leticia Villegas of Milford, Illinois, Cassandra Villegas of Milford, Illinois, Yolanda Villegas of Brook, Indiana and Roberto Villegas (Kristen) of Rensselaer, Indiana.; her grandson Mateo Villegas of Rensselaer, Indiana.; and her siblings, Bobby Stout, Don Stout (Judy), Shirley Hamilton, Larry Stout (Marilyn), Lynn Stout (Jackie), Cheryl Perkins and Gayle Reyes (Jose). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials in her honor may be made to Iroquois Memorial Hospice or to the First Christian Church of Brook, Indiana.
