He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Willier and Anna Conklin (Parker); and his siblings, Mary Lou, Doris, Peggy and Glenn.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Willier of Morocco; and his children, Brad Willier of Wyoming, Twyla Clutter of Texas, Jack Brent Willier of Texas and Barry Willier (Kathy) of South Dakota. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
