She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth "Bud" Carroll and Thelma "Cork" Carroll; and her husband Chuck Whaley. She is survived by: her children, John Edward Whaley (Brooke) of Brook and Jana Lee Whaley (Patrick) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Janelle Gillum (Darren) of Lafayette, Brock Whaley (Gianna Miketinac) of Brook and Blake Whaley (Cayci Ehlinger) of Brook; and her siblings, Karen Clark of Columbia City and Thomas Carroll (Bonnie) of Brook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Brook United Methodist Church or the Newton County Fair.
