He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Plantenga, Sr.; and his daughter-in-law Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Parker; his children, Michael Plantenga (Karen) of Walkerton, IN, Marna Kenens (Ray) of Brookston, IN, Jana Harrison (Brad) of Newburgh, IN and Randy Plantenga of Brookston, IN; and his brothers, Harold Plantenga of Shadeland, IN and Alvin Plantenga (Jean) of Lafayette, IN. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
