He is survived by: his children, Jessica Carlock of Santa Fe, TX, Heather Johnson of Monroeville, IN, Ian and Grace Taylor of Lafayette; his stepdaughter Kristi Lincoln of Warsaw, IN.; his sisters, Tamara Nelson of Brookston and Nicole Taylor of Dallas, TX.; and his grandchildren, Max, Mya and Luke.
