He is survived by: his sister Patricia Naayers; and his siblings-in-law, Ed Ortman (Connie), Rita Apsley, Eileen Hyde and Janie Stivers (Rene). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home of Brookville (929 Main St, Brookville, IN 47012). A rosary was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home (929 Main St, Brookville, IN 47012). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (145 E St Michaels Blvd, Brookville, IN 47012). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in honor of Dale may be directed to St. Michael Catholic School or to the Knights of Columbus Council 1010.
