He is survived by: his children, Alicia Smith (Blake), Adrianne Dirkhising (Joe) and Adam Cook (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Corin Glavan (Tim), Doria Smith, Henry Dirkhising, John Dirkhising, Jolene Dirkhising, Camden Cook and Everson Cook.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Franklin County 4-H Program, the Franklin County High School Athletic Department, the Franklin County Community Foundation, or to the Whitewater Canal Byway.
