He is survived by: his children, Tracy Chappelow (C. K.) of Cincinnati Ohio, Craig Chappelow (Sara) and John Chappelow (Michelle) of Mooresville Indiana; his grandchildren, Kaitlin (Seagers), Trevor (Kathryn), Matthew (Madalyn), Thomas, Andrew and Benjamin; his great grandchildren, Camryn, Tate, Parker, Henry Austin and Jack; and his sister Dorothy VanMeter.
