He is survived by : his sons, Russell Quinlan and Joel; his daughter-in-law Brenda Quinlan of Brookville; his grandchildren, Trey Quinlan, Taylor Stewart, Blake Quinlan, Rachel Quinlan and Destiny Quinlan; and his brother Roger Quinlan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home - Brookville (929 Main St, Brookville, IN 47012). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
