He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Webb and Margaret Ann Webb (Hatfield); and his sisters, Loudema Guither and Rosemary Burton. He is survived by: his close friend Pauletta; his daughters, Randi Miller (Jim) of Fairfield, Ohio and Sondra Webb of Brookville; his sister Leanne Menke (Jerry) of Warsaw, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Katie Newhart, Nik Newhart, Laci Miller, Brandt Webb and Olivia Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and by many caring friends.
