He was predeceased by: his father Michael E. Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Hayes (Fritz) of Brookville; his siblings, Maureen Smith (Richard) of Brookville, Margaret Jones (Ron) of Florida, Bridget Hayes of Brookville and Sean Hayes (Sheryl) of Goshen; and his half-brother Brian Hayes (Allicia) of Batavia, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
