In the vast expanse of eternity, Luster shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Luster farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Charles and Eunice Charles (Roberts); his wife Ann S. Henry; and his son Norman Charles. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Charles of Minnesota, Tressa Yetter (Tony) of Brookville, Indiana, Cynthia Bright (Mark) of Brookville, Indiana and Jonathon Charles (Andria) of Brookville, Indiana. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home (1025 Franklin Ave, Brookville, IN 47012). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Funeral Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home (1025 Franklin Ave, Brookville, IN 47012).
