She is survived by: her husband Alan Strohmier; her children, Nadine Simmermeyer (Steve), Tamara Schmid and David Strohmier (Glenda); her daughter-in-law Jennifer Strohmier; her grandchildren, Damien Strohmier (Glenda), Sam Strohmier, Drew Simmermeyer (Sam), Celena Kaiser (Aaron), Brayden Strohmier (Ashli), Katie Morgan (Josh), Lindsey Alcorn (Zach) and Cory Strohmier; her great grandchildren, Westin, Lucia, Ellis, Arlen, Baleigh, Grayson, Hazel and Rowan; her siblings, Chuck Burkhart (Pam), Linda Grocox (Dewey), John Burkhart (Geraldine) and Debbie Pierce (Jim); her brother-in-law Charlie Allen; Alan.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (145 E St Michaels Blvd, Brookville, IN 47012). A burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Michael Cemetery.
