He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Hall (Bethany) and Adam Hall (Melanie); his grandchildren, Kaden, Makenzie, Hezekiah, Luke, Beau and Henry; his brother Jim Hall (Denise); and his sibling's children, Leslie and Matt.
In lieu of flowers, Michael would want memorial gifts directed to Ligonier Ministries or the International Mission Board, in support of continuing the Gospel message he held so dear.
