Though Phyllis may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Swartz and Mildred Swartz (Withrow); her husband Charles N. Fox; her son Daniel L. Fox; and her brother Robert P. Swartz.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Fox (Anne Adams) of Aurora, Greg Fox (Henriette) of Houston, Texas, Julie Laskey (Jim) of Florence and Joni Kerns (Chuck) of West Harrison, Indiana. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brookville United Methodist Church (150 E 8th St, Brookville, IN 47012). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
