He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster and Flonnie Foster; his wife Lena Mae Smith; his granddaughter Jaiden R. Griffin; and his siblings, Eloise Ross, Bea Foster, Bob Foster, Jack Foster and Harold Dean Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Regina Thalheimer of Brookville, Indiana, Laura Denise Fritz (Jason) of Brookville, Indiana, Tony Dwayne Foster of Brookville and Rodney Lee Foster (Shannon) of Brookville; his siblings, Brenda Foster Payne, Larry Foster and Jim Ray Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny Smith and Brenda Foster (late Dean). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Scipio United Baptist Church (7999 Cincinnati Brookville Rd, Okeana, OH 45053). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
