He is survived by: his wife Viola Smith Browning; his children, Wilma Hovis (Dave) of Harrison, OH, William Browning and John Browning (Holly) of Brookville; his grandchildren, David Hovis (Savannah), Joshua Browning, Kaitlin Browning, Sydney Browning, Stevie Browning, Shawn Browning and Tori Browning; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Hannah, Paisley, Shep, Brinnley and Denver; his siblings, Neal Browning (Joan), George Browning (Diane), Anthony Browning (Sherri) and Brenda Wilson; Stephanie Browning.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Urban-Winkler Funeral Home - Liberty (310 N Main St, Liberty, IN 47353). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Maple Grove Cemetery (8978 Maple Grove Rd, Brookville, IN 47012).
