With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Ray Penrod of Brownsburg, Indiana, who passed away on December 22, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Penrod and Doris Penrod; and his siblings, Jerry Penrod and Cathy Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Gaines Penrod; his children, LaTawnya Gaines (Chad Seabolt) and Dustin Drollinger (Suzanne); and his grandchildren, Ahkena Gaines, Estella Lorenzo, Kelsea Vick, Gabriel Hare and Landon Drollinger.
