He is survived by: his wife Judy Hizer; his sons, Michael Hizer (Amber) and Matthew Hizer (Savanna); his siblings, Sherri Quinn (Jerry) and John Hizer; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Cosmo, Olivia and Avalon.
