He was predeceased by : his mother Carolyn Sue Jensen (Douthitt); and his sister Connie Sue Jensen. He is survived by : his father David Albert Jensen, Sr.; his stepmother Marti Jensen (Crosley); and his siblings, Cathy Sue Turner (Dean Miller), Cyndi Sue Fugate (Steve), Daniel Jensen (Julie), Cassandra Sue Seaman (Donald), Caron Sue Daugherty (Donald), Christa Sue Betterton (Jimmy), Carole Sue Jensen and Bradford Jensen.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery (700 W 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
