He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Buckels and Derek Buckels of Waynetown, Indiana; his grandson Isaac of Crawfordsville; his sister Darla Thompson (Rob) of Jamestown; and his sister-in-law Mechelle Buckels of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
