The family announces the passing of Diana Lynn Guthrie of Brownsburg, Indiana on September 7, 2026. Diana, born on July 12, 1947, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Volkert and Eula Volkert; her brother Phillip Volkert; and her husband Samuel Guthrie. She is survived by: her siblings, Pamela Vidt (Robert) and Dennis Volkert (Lisa); her children, Benjamin Guthrie (Elisabeth) and Sarah Guthrie Bright (Todd); her grandsons, Lucas Guthrie, Simon Guthrie and Isaac Guthrie; and her aunt Evelyn Williams. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Matthews Mortuary (690 E 56th St, Brownsburg, IN 46112). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
